Parking is available onsite, in front of the main entrance to the building on Marshalltown Road. There is also parking available at the back of the building.

Additionally, street parking is also available around our Marshalltown Road location.

Our service usually runs for around 90 minutes.

Planetshakers Church is fully wheelchair accessible. Upon arrival, one of our friendly Guest Services Team members will guide you to reserved, easy-access seating in our auditorium.

While you enjoy the service, your children can participate in an age-appropriate, fun and stimulating church experience of their own in our amazing children’s programs and facilities. Planetkids programs run concurrently with every church service on a Sunday and cater for children aged 1 year to 12 years old.

Parents Room

Our Parent's Room is designed to enable parents and carers to attend to the needs of their children, below the age of 2 years old. While feeding, changing or comforting your child, you can continue to enjoy the service as it is live-streamed on a wall-mounted television. Change tables and microwave are available for your convenience. As space is limited, we ask parents and carers to return to the auditorium as soon as possible, to allow others to access the facilities.

Prams

Planetshakers Church is fully pram accessible. You are welcome to take your pram into the main auditorium or the Parent’s Room. Reserved seating is available for parents with prams, to allow easy navigation in and out of the auditorium. One of our helpful Guest Services Team members will direct you upon arrival.
