The heart of Planetshakers Church is to see lives transformed and empowered through personal encounters with God’s Presence.
Under the leadership of Pastors Craig and Vonnie Hughes, Planetshakers East Campus caters for all ages and cultures, offering a variety of programs to meet the needs of individuals and families.
Situated near Ringwood train station, Eastland shopping precinct and the Ringwood Bypass freeway exit, Planetshakers East Campus is accessible for all who call Melbourne’s East, their home
Planetkids provides a safe, fun-filled environment where children enjoy an age-appropriate church experience. planetboom offers teenagers a place to belong, cutting-edge creativity, and teaching and mentoring to help them thrive.
PlanetUNI programs provide community, support and mentoring for university students while PlanetBusiness connects business people, empowering them for influence and success in the marketplace.
Empower Ministry Empower Ministry provides food relief, support for refugees and asylum seekers, prison ministry, mentoring and care for vulnerable people.

Russell and Sam Evans are the founders and global senior pastors of Planetshakers Church—a large and rapidly-growing church that gathers in 6 local campuses across Melbourne, Australia, and 3 international campuses in Cape Town, South Africa; Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea; and Singapore.
Russell and Sam are committed to the church’s God-given mandate of Empowering Generations to Win Generations, seeking to present the good news of Jesus Christ in ways that are contemporary, relatable and attainable for people of all ages, race and social status. They are passionate about producing fresh praise and worship music that facilitates personal encounters with God and brings healing and breakthrough to people’s lives.
