The heart of Planetshakers Church is to see lives transformed and empowered through personal encounters with God’s Presence.
Under the leadership of Pastors Grant and Heidi Thomson, Planetshakers Sydney Campus offers contemporary church services and programs to meet the needs of individuals of all ages and cultures, and their families.
Situated in Sydney's northern suburbs— adjacent to Macquarie University— Planetshakers Sydney Campus is convenient and accessible.
Planetkids programs create a safe, fun-filled environment where children can enjoy an age-appropriate church experience, learning biblical principles and socialising with others as they participate in a variety of games and activities.
Contemporary and cutting-edge planetboom programs offer teenagers a place to belong, grow, thrive and build meaningful relationships with like-minded peers and mentors at a crucial time in their lives.
PlanetUNI programs provide a place of community, support and mentoring for university students—both local and international. PlanetBusiness programs seek to connect business people together and empower them to become influential and successful in the marketplace.

Russell and Sam Evans are the founders and global senior pastors of Planetshakers Church—a large and rapidly-growing church that gathers in 6 local campuses across Melbourne, Australia, and 3 international campuses in Cape Town, South Africa; Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea; and Singapore.
Russell and Sam are committed to the church’s God-given mandate of Empowering Generations to Win Generations, seeking to present the good news of Jesus Christ in ways that are contemporary, relatable and attainable for people of all ages, race and social status. They are passionate about producing fresh praise and worship music that facilitates personal encounters with God and brings healing and breakthrough to people’s lives.
