About Planetshakers
Empowering Generations to Win Generations
The heart of Planetshakers Church is to see people’s lives radically transformed as they encounter Jesus, His tangible Presence and God’s family in a personal and powerful way.
Planetshakers Church is a church for all. It is a large, diverse and rapidly-growing family, made up of people of every age and cultural background (over 150 nationalities) who genuinely love each other and are whole-heartedly committed to the church’s mandate of Empowering Generations to Win Generations.
Planetshakers Church is led by Senior Pastors, Russell and Sam Evans, and an incredible team of pastors and leaders who are driven by an urgency to present the good news of Jesus Christ to a broken and hurting world. We have multiple campuses, both locally and internationally, and believe that the local church is the greatest vehicle through which people’s lives can be touched and changed by the power of God’s love.

Russell and Sam Evans are the founders and global senior pastors of Planetshakers Church—a large and rapidly-growing church that gathers in 6 local campuses across Melbourne, Australia, and 3 international campuses in Cape Town, South Africa; Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea; and Singapore.
Russell and Sam are committed to the church’s God-given mandate of Empowering Generations to Win Generations, seeking to present the good news of Jesus Christ in ways that are contemporary, relatable and attainable for people of all ages, race and social status. They are passionate about producing fresh praise and worship music that facilitates personal encounters with God and brings healing and breakthrough to people’s lives.

Church Courses
New to church?
DNA is for you.
DNA is a Planetshakers Church course designed to equip people who are new to our church to better understand our cultural DNA and heartbeat.
Throughout the course, the foundational and biblically-supported Kingdom cultures on which Planetshakers Church is grounded, are presented and explored in detail. Attending the course provides a unique opportunity to hear and receive an impartation of the vision and heart of Senior Pastors, Russell and Sam Evans, and get up close and personal with key leaders from every area of church life.
The course culminates with a life-changing Encounter Day, which many report as being a key transformational moment in their Christian journey.
