Important update for Registered Delegates

Your registration will automatically be transferred to Planetshakers Conference Melbourne 2021. Preparations are already underway for next year’s event which promises to be a great celebration of all that God did during this challenging season and beyond. We will be releasing further information in the weeks to come.

Important Refund Information
Please note that refunds will be made to the person who made the initial payment.
If you purchased your registration online, your refund will be made to the credit card used to make the original purchase online.
If you registered in person and/or with a paper form and paid with EFTPOS/cash, your refund will be made via bank transfer.
If you have made a group registration or purchased multiple registrations, the full refund will be made to you as the group leader. However, if you wish to receive a partial refund, please email [email protected]
If you have been allocated a registration as part of a group, please speak to your group leader as they would have made the initial payment.
If you have received a complimentary registration upon your visit to Planetshakers church, that registration is now void and no longer applicable. No refund will be available.
If you have registered for the Leadership Summit or PlanetBusiness Conference Breakfast, you will receive further communication.
