Planetshakers Conference is an annual conference birthed out of the vision of Pastors Russell and Sam Evans to empower generations to win a generation.
Planetshakers Conference is a 4 nights and 3 days event filled with praise and worship, dynamic speakers and targeted electives, all of which are designed to empower and encourage you in your personal relationship with God.
Planetshakers is passionate about seeing people of all ages encounter God and see transformation in all parts of the world.

There will be simultaneous translation into Korean, Mandarin and Spanish for all main sessions held in the main arena during the course of the conference.
Please pick up your translation audio pack from “Concierge” located in the foyer. Headphones/earphones will not be provided, please kindly bring your own.
A conference special registration rate of AUD$20 per adult/youth/child is valid till Monday 7th May 2018. Thereafter, conference registration rates will increase to AUD$50 per adult/youth/child.

They sure can! If you have babies up to 24 months, our Parents’ Room is located on level 3 and can be accessible via Lift 2 and 3. While prams are not permitted in the arena, you can waltz them through to the Parents’ Room.
For the older kids, we have a Planetshakers Kids program from 2 years to grade 6 at school and we also have a youth conference, Nxt Gen, for our grade 7-12 students.
We run a children’s conference alongside the main event that caters for children 2-12 years old, it’s full of activities, fun, ministry sessions and opportunities to encounter our great God. Registrations for this are only AUD$20 (valid till Monday 7th May 2018, AUD$50 thereafter). The children’s sessions run at the same time as the adult ones so there’s always something for them to be involved in whilst you’re in the conference.

As per our terms and conditions, conference registrations are non-refundable but it is transferrable.
Unfortunately, we are unable to transfer tickets across conferences.

We can confirm that the first session for Planetshakers Conference will be starting Wednesday evening, at this time we cannot confirm the exact commencement of the session.
Security checks will be conducted by the Melbourne Arena staff at each gate. Entry to the Arena are subject to the following conditions (click on link below):
Parking throughout the Melbourne & Olympic Parks precinct is quite limited. Public transport is the quickest and easiest way to get to and from an event at Melbourne & Olympic Parks. Trains, trams and buses operate frequently, dropping you right at the door of Melbourne Arena.

Designated passenger drop off areas are available in front of Hisense Arena or opposite Gosch’s Paddock.
Bicycles are not permitted inside the arena. Bike parking is available outside Hisense Arenas.
You are required to supply your own lock. Planetshakers and the Melbourne and Olympic Parks are not responsible for any loss or damage to bicycles secured on site.
A Bike Share station is located on Batman Avenue, in front of Rod Laver Arena forecourt.
Yes. For those with mobility restrictions or wheelchairs, designated special seatings are available and can be accessed via lifts 1,2 and 3. Wheelchair accessible seating bays allows for a wheelchair space with an adjacent companion seat.

Accessible Parking is available and is booked through Ticketek on the special needs hotline (03) 9286 1208. All accessible parking will be charged at the time of booking. Booking can be made subject to space available.
Wheelchair accessible toilets are located throughout the Arena.
Boom Sessions are the youth sessions of Planetshakers Conference, existing to empower the next generation of teenagers. Similar to previous years, teenagers will join in on all Main Conference sessions in the mornings and evenings but we will be running Boom Sessions (previously Nxt Gen) each afternoon specifically for youth. We want to invite every teenager, youth leader, and youth pastor to join us from 10th- 13th April 2019 as we pursue God God together for 4 nights and 3 days.BOOM SESSIONS
Groups of 25 and more will be given access to reserved seating, in order to help the youth groups sit together and ease stress.
Planetshakers Conference will have both paid & volunteer security on site throughout the duration of our program. These teams are highly experienced in dealing with large crowds, and are there to assist anyone during the course of the conference.
We recommend where possible not to bring valuables, however any valuables brought will be the responsibility of the individual who brings them. There is also a cloakroom for individuals to store belongings during the course of Planetshakers Conference.
Buses are able to drop off delegates in a specific bus shelter. However, they cannot park on-site and will need to search for alternate parking. Our bus team will be able to assist with pick up and drop off coordinating.
Either catch a tram or take a short 20 min walk to Melbourne’s CBD where there are many food options and spaces to explore with a group. Melbourne also provides a “Free Tram Zone” when travelling within the CBD (see map below). Travel does not require a myki pass within this zone.
Alternately, we have dedicated space in the Eastern Plaza for Youth Ministries to hang out in during the breaks, Chillsville.
This is a large outdoor area in the Eastern Plaza that will be open for all youth ministries to access during breaks. This is to provide you with a specially designed area where you can go during breaks to sit down, relax, eat lunch/ dinner, connect with other youth ministries and be entertained! There will be adequate shelter and seating in this area as well as easy access to:
- Power Outlets for Phone Charging
- Direct access to 70 Tram stop and short walk to Richmond Station
- Activities like Basketball, Gaming Station, Inflatables and a Photobooth
No, do not remove your wristband until Conference has finished. Your wristband is your entry ticket to Conference each day, so make sure you keep it on you at all times.
If you lost or broke your wristband, please head to the Registration Booth for a replacement. There will be a $5 fee.
Please take as many photos and videos outside the main arena as your heart desires! We want you to share your experience with the world. For anything inside the main arena, please keep your cameras at bay. No one wants to stare at a screen while someone is presenting.
