Master of Leadership
The Master of Leadership is a coursework masters degree where students will study advanced leadership units with our college faculty and some key leaders in our business community. Students will first gain a grounding in Bible and Theology via the Graduate Diploma of Arts.
Course Duration
18 months including Graduate Diploma of Arts (Full Time students)
Entry Requirements
A completed undergraduate degree in any discipline.
English Proficiency
Applicants whose entry qualifications were obtained in an institution where English is not the language of instruction normally require a minimum IELTS (or equivalent) score of 6.0 with no score less than 5.5 in all bands of the test. A student can be admitted provisionally into the Associate Degree of Theology and Ministry when they have an IELTS result of 6.0 with no score less than 5.5 in all bands of the test.
Course Outcomes
Students who completed the Master of Leadership will have:
An integrated understanding of an advanced body of knowledge related to the practice of leadership, particularly to the management and governance of a complex religious, non-profit, ministry enterprise
An expert understanding of the principles of inquiry and methods applicable to leadership theory and their application to real-world ministry practice
