As we conclude this 40-day journey of unpacking Divine Authority, we return to where it all began: God’s original design.
In Eden, humanity was created to rule, multiply, and carry His image into the earth. However, sin caused us to lose our ground, our peace, our purpose, and our identity. Through Jesus, that ground is not only redeemed but it is ours to reclaim. Living out Divine Authority means taking back what the enemy has stolen over our minds, families, purpose, and legacy. We are not victims of loss; we are sons and daughters with authority to push back darkness and take territory for the Kingdom. Reclaiming ground is not about going back to Eden physically, but spiritually – walking again in God’s presence, living under His rule, and expanding His reign wherever we go. The Garden begins again with every obedient step we take to live out God’s divine authority.
What territory in my life has gone unchallenged or been surrendered to fear or defeat? Today, I choose to reclaim that ground by faith, through Christ, and with God’s divine authority. The Garden is not lost. It’s being restored and reclaimed in and through my life.
Well done for joining over these last 40 days. Our journey – of walking under, in, with and out Divine Authority – doesn’t end here, it is just the beginning!
Prayer
Father, thank You for restoring my authority through Jesus. I reclaim every place that fear, sin, or the enemy has tried to steal.
Help me to walk boldly, plant deeply, and live out Your divine authority as we help reflect and bring Your Kingdom as it is in heaven, here on earth.
Amen.
