Planetshakers Conference is an annual conference birthed out of the vision of Pastors Russell and Sam Evans to empower generations to win a generation.

Planetshakers Conference is a 4 nights and 3 days event filled with praise and worship, dynamic speakers and targeted electives, all of which are designed to empower and encourage you in your personal relationship with God.

Planetshakers is passionate about seeing people of all ages encounter God and see transformation in all parts of the world.

  • This year, Planetshakers Conference is held between Monday 10th – Thursday 13th April 2017

  • Planetshakers Conference 2017 will be held at Hisense Arena located at Olympic Blvd, Melbourne VIC 3001

  • You will need to “check in” to obtain your wristband which allows access to the whole conference. Your registrations will be under your full name and you would not need to print out your email confirmations.

    Here are some avenues available for you to pick up your wristbands and beat the queues at Conference.

    1. Planetshakers Melbourne Campus.
      “Check In” Booths will be opened between church services in the foyer every week starting Sunday 12 March 2017.

    2. Planetshakers Offices.
      “Check In” is available at reception starting Monday 13 March 2017.

    3. Planetshakers Conference.
      “Check In” booth will be opened on Monday 10 April 2017 at Hisense Arena from 10am onwards.
  • There will be simultaneous translation into Korean, Mandarin, Persian, Spanish and Tamil for all main sessions held in the main arena during the course of the conference.

    Please pick up your translation audio pack from “Concierge” located in the foyer. Headphones/earphones will not be provided, please kindly bring your own.

GETTING THERE

Parking throughout the Melbourne & Olympic Parks precinct is quite limited. Public transport is the quickest and easiest way to get to and from an event at Melbourne & Olympic Parks. Trains, trams and buses operate frequently, dropping you right at the door of Hisense Arena.

  • You can pre-book your parking until 11.30pm the day prior to conference and will save you 33%.

  • A dedicated taxi rank operates for all events next to The Oval on Olympic Blvd (previously known as Swan St.) convenient for all venues, providing a safe and efficient way to hail a taxi.

  • Designated passenger drop off areas are available in front of Hisense Arena or opposite Gosch’s Paddock.

  • Bicycles are not permitted inside the arena. Bike parking is available outside Hisense Arenas.

    You are required to supply your own lock. Planetshakers and the Melbourne and Olympic Parks are not responsible for any loss or damage to bicycles secured on site.

    A Bike Share station is located on Batman Avenue, in front of Rod Laver Arena forecourt.

  • Yes. For those with mobility restrictions or wheelchairs, designated special seatings are available and can be accessed via lifts 1,2 and 3. Wheelchair accessible seating bays allows for a wheelchair space with an adjacent companion seat.

    The designated passenger drop off area is located in front of Hisense Arena on Olympic Boulevard.

    Accessible Parking is available and is booked through Ticketek on the special needs hotline (03) 9286 1208. All accessible parking will be charged at the time of booking. Booking can be made subject to space available.

    Wheelchair accessible toilets are located throughout the Arena.
