Important Refund Information

• Please note that refunds will be made to the person who made the initial payment.
• If you purchased your registration online, your refund will be made to the credit card used to make the original purchase online .
• If you registered in person and/or with a paper form and paid with EFTPOS/cash, your refund will be made via bank transfer.
• If you have made a group registration or purchased multiple registrations, the full refund will be made to you as the group leader. However, if you wish to receive a partial refund, please email [email protected]
• If you have been allocated a registration as part of a group, please speak to your group leader as they would have made the initial payment.
