Stop being angry! Turn from your rage! Do not lose your temper, it only leads to harm.
Control your temper, for angels label you a fool.
Don’t sin by letting anger control you.”Don’t let the sun go down while you are still angry...
Whoever is slow to anger has great understanding, but he who has a hasty temper exalts folly.
Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice.
Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave it to the wrath of God, for it is written, “Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord.”
An understanding person demonstrates patience, for mercy means holding your tongue. When you are insulted, be quick to forgive and forget it, for you are virtuous when you overlook an offense.

What is the cause of your conflicts and quarrels with each other? Doesn’t the battle begin inside of you as you fight to have your own way and fulfill your own desires? And all the time you don’t obtain what you want because you won’t ask God for it!
Never let evil defeat you, but defeat evil with good.
I appeal to you, dear brothers and sisters, by the authority of our Lord Jesus Christ, to live in harmony with each other. Let there be no divisions in the church. Rather, be of one mind, united in thought and purpose.
