Changing youth culture
Planetboom is the youth ministry of Planetshakers Church. We are passionate about seeing teenagers encounter Jesus and be empowered to impact their generation for Him. We run youth nights every Friday at 7pm. BOOM is a place where teenagers from across Cape Town come together to have the best time and encounter God. They are held at 7 Edison Way Century City, our Church building.
We also run Urban Life Groups in local areas across Cape Town every second Wednesday during week nights. These are smaller groups of local teenagers and youth leaders and are the best way for you to connect, meet new friends and be part of the Planetboom family. Engaging youth through relevant music
Pioneering the next generation of Planetshakers music, the planetboom Band is passionate about encountering God, seeking His presence and working to change the culture around them through relevant music. Comprised of young musicians, songwriters and vocalists, the band leads praise and worship every week as the ministry exists to see young people empowered to win their generation.
