Planetshakers City Church has a great opportunity to partner with Next Level International (NLI) Church Planting Projects throughout Europe.  As a missions team we will work closely together with the local church plant. We will serve the church and local community vision and communicate the Gospel in various forms to see people won to Christ.

Below is information you will require to help with preparations for travel:

COST
The cost of the mission’s trip includes:

- Airfares and Taxes to Kiev, Ukraine,

- Comprehensive Travel Insurance,

- Transport to and from Kiev Airport and

- Payment to NLI which covers the following expenses: accommodation, food, internal mission transport, interpreters, advertising, site hire & permits, literature, admin & communications costs in the nation of mission.

Total cost is AU$4100.00. Any additional excursions or meals will be at your own expense. A non refundable deposit of AU$350 is required prior to the 19th May. Final payment will be due by the 30th June.

DATES
Below are the proposed dates for travel to and from Poland. The final flight details will be advised, once all team members have been confirmed. 

PASSPORTS
The minimum passport validity must be valid for 6 months beyond intended stay (Must expire after 13 FEB 2009)

VISAS

Australian Passport holders will require a visa to enter the Ukraine. The cost is included in the package price.

If you are NOT travelling on an Australian passport, please advise us immediately as entry requirements may differ for Ukraine.

AGES
You must be over the age of 18 to be part of the mission’s trip.
NOTE: If you are 16 or 17 years old, the application will be reviewed on an individual basis in conjunction with your Pastor and Parent / Legal Guardian.
