Your order will be processed and shipped with the shipping method chosen at the time of order. This is processed through Australia Post, and insurance is covered only by Australia Post in accordance with their Terms and Conditions. Shipping insurance is not provided through Planetshakers.

Please note that returns can only be accepted if the goods are faulty or not as described or as per the relevent legislation Planetshakers are bound to.
