6:30pm! Bring the whole family along because our Kids Carnival starts at
6:30pm with face painting, rides, characters, jumping castle, fairy floss
and Santa, followed by Christmas Carols with special guest artists

Originally from New Zealand, the band of three brothers Jon, Peter & Dann Hume have six Aria award nominations to their name. Support act for Pink on her latest European tour, Evermore draws substantial crowds, one of their latest major event performances was a street festival for the Rugby World Cup in New Zealand.

Australian singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, Michael Paynter, has supported some of the world’s top musicians and recording artists on tour and is signed to Sony Music. He’s has had top 20 singles on the ARIA chart and his music has been used in US television series Heroes and Lost. Michael has recently released his debut album “Love The Fall”.

GETTING TO CAROLS AT DOCKLANDS

 

 

A simple and effective way to access Docklands is via public transport. Docklands is located next to Southern Cross Station and is serviced by six trams, the free City Circle tram, six buses and the Melbourne City Tourist Shuttle. If travelling by car, the best route is via the state arterial, Wurundjeri Way, which travels from the east to the west side of the CBD.

 

BY TRAM

Catch the FREE City Circle tram direct to the Waterfront City stop, or Tram 70 (via Finders Street) or Tram 86 (via Bourke Street).

BY TRAIN

Take the train to Southern Cross Station and walk over the Bourke Street Pedestrian Bridge to Harbour Esplanade.

Follow the promenade along to Waterfront City / Harbour Town Shopping Centre.

 

BY BUS

The Melbourne City Tourist Shuttle operates daily to Waterfront City.

This popular, free service operates daily every 30 minutes between 9.30am and 4.30pm, excluding Good Friday and Christmas Day. The complete trip takes approximately 1.5 hours and includes an informative on-board commentary as you travel around Melbourne.

 

BY CAR

Parking is available at Waterfront Way & Pearl River Road car parks (North and West). There are approx 3,000 car parks. Parking is free for the first hour then $5 flat rate. Limited public street parking is also available.
