GROUP REGISTRATIONS

Groups are 2 or more people wanting to attend an Event or Conference together.

We have designed an easier registration process for group leaders where you are able to secure registrations, budget accommodation and also catering places in bulk and allocate them at a later date.

If you are a group leader and would like to register a group, simply:

1. Print off registration forms for your group:

2. Get your group members to complete their forms and keep for your records.
Youth Groups: This form is to be authorised by the child’s legal parent/ guardian and returned to the Youth leader as a record of consent to attend the Planetshakers Conference. 

3. Purchase your Registrations, Budget Accommodation & Budget Catering places in bulk.

4. Allocate your purchased Registrations, Budget Accommodation & Budget Catering places.

The group leader must provide the details of ALL group members no later than Monday 1st March 2010. Only the group leader can allocate group members or make changes to the group. This can be done online using the group leader’s Planetshakers account.

*Full payment will be required at time of registering for Planetshakers Conference. Registrations are online only. Cheque and money order forms are available.

 

5. Group seating
There is no allocated seating for groups. We will endeavour to accommodate your group’s seating requirements, however if you have a large group we suggest you arrive early to ensure you obtain the best seats possible. We want you and your group to be able to sit together!

 

 

YOUTH CONFERENCE

If you are under the age of 18 and would like to attend a Planetshakers Event or Conference and are not apart of a youth group, your parent/guardian will need to create their own Planetshakers Account, create a Group Registration and register you as part of their group. You will be unable to attend Planetshakers Conference without parent or guardian consent.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

If you do not have a credit card to register online, simply download and complete a cheque and money order form and return along with payment to Planetshakers.

 

 

Once we receive your form and payment, within 24 hours we will upload the requested credits to your account. You need to jump online, log into your account and start allocating people to your Registrations, Budget Accommodation & Catering and Planetkids places.
